Shipping + Returns

We work hard to process orders as quickly as we can — typically within 2 business days.

Backordered items will ship separately as soon as they are available.

International Shipping

We offer shipping all over the world and wherever the United States Postal System delivers. Unfortunately, the United States Postal System will not track a first class package once it leaves the United States. It is recommended to choose priority shipping. After a certain weight, all packages will automatically ship via priority mail.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order online with the link provided in the email. For any questions or concerns, email and our customer support team will be happy to help you.

Shipping Rates

We do our best to offer the lowest rates possible to our customers. All shipping prices will be calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates we are charged. Expected shipping time is also available at checkout. Please note that expected shipping time at checkout does not include processing time.

Domestic Warranty Policy

We strive to create high-quality products for all of our customers. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any difficulty with your product, just let us know! We honor a 1-year full warranty for all of our products, and can send you a replacement right away. Simply put, we always want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty applies only to the original purchasers and proof of purchase is required. This warranty only covers the silicone. shield and  does not cover the filter packs or adhesive layer strips installed on the mask. 

Solight Design Inc. reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.

International Warranty Policy

Our international replacement policy follows the same guidelines as our Domestic Warranty Policy. We do have to request a fee of $15 ($10 for Canadian replacements) for processing and shipping costs.

Canada Shipping

Standard USPS shipping is available. Enter your shipping address at checkout to view your options.

US Sales Tax

Customers living in New York will have to pay their respective state sales tax, but all other US customers will not be charged sales tax.

Return Policy

We stand by our product and will replace any defective Light Warrior Masks for up to one year after purchase.  We will refund any masks if you return your mask with in 30days in as good as new condition. Refunds will only be given if the mask is unused or worn and the protective film on the adhesive layer strips should be in tact and sealed with out evidence of use or tampering.

We will replace your Mask once we have received your defective unit.
