We offer shipping all over the world and wherever the United States Postal System delivers. Unfortunately, the United States Postal System will not track a first class package once it leaves the United States. It is recommended to choose priority shipping. After a certain weight, all packages will automatically ship via priority mail.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order online with the link provided in the email. For any questions or concerns, email firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer support team will be happy to help you.
We do our best to offer the lowest rates possible to our customers. All shipping prices will be calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates we are charged. Expected shipping time is also available at checkout. Please note that expected shipping time at checkout does not include processing time.
Domestic Warranty Policy
We strive to create high-quality products for all of our customers. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any difficulty with your product, just let us know! We honor a 1-year full warranty for all of our products, and can send you a replacement right away. Simply put, we always want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.
This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty applies only to the original purchasers and proof of purchase is required. This warranty only covers the silicone. shield and does not cover the filter packs or adhesive layer strips installed on the mask.
Solight Design Inc. reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.
International Warranty Policy
Our international replacement policy follows the same guidelines as our Domestic Warranty Policy. We do have to request a fee of $15 ($10 for Canadian replacements) for processing and shipping costs.

US Sales Tax
Customers living in New York will have to pay their respective state sales tax, but all other US customers will not be charged sales tax.
We stand by our product and will replace any defective Light Warrior Masks for up to one year after purchase. We will refund any masks if you return your mask with in 30days in as good as new condition. Refunds will only be given if the mask is unused or worn and the protective film on the adhesive layer strips should be in tact and sealed with out evidence of use or tampering.

the mask keeps falling off and its not comfortable at all...

I love my mask. It is very secure with the strap, which is much more comfortable and looks better than other straps on other masks. I just wish it came in a smaller size for my small face. I trimmed the top as recommended, which worked well but the sides are still long. I have a tiny face.
Not sure why, but even with the upgraded sticky panels, I simply could not get this mask to stay on. I got it to stick for about ten minutes before the nose popped off (I followed the advice on the website to fix it), then the chin, and it would not stick again.
In those ten minutes it was extremely difficult to breathe. So, if it sticks to your skin, it does create an impressive seal.
I'm really sad that it didn't work for me, but customer service is very responsive. I plan on keeping an eye out for future improvements.
Thank you work trying to develop a mask for professionals who need to stay safe, but also need their mouth to be visible to communicate with their clients.

I love the mask in general- the original sticky wasn't sticky enough so I ordered the replacement and those are excellent. had to heat and bend it to fit my nose better.
I've noticed that it restricts air flow quite a bit, I need at least n95+ in the filters, so it would be even better if the side panels of filter were a bigger area perhaps.
the filters themselves are very flimsy, don't take them off or mess with them until you're ready to replace, you can't remove them and put them back, the clasps will break and allow free air flow and leaks.
the strap is perfect, and makes the mask more comfortable and secure.

this is great mask except that the adhesive is not very strong. Needs the strap to hold mask. It doesn't not form a proper seal or cover nose under eyes so air comes in. Can feel air escaping from above and fogging up my eyeglasses. Maybe if you all could attach a wire piece at the nose area, so it could seal that area better. Air come in and out from the top nose both side.
Dear Kelvin, Thanks. for. your feed back you can try training the nose area. by cliping. the nose bridge for a day and then it should make the nose area. form better to the curve of the nose. You can also try the replacement adhesive strips which are more sticky. Some customers have tried a. small slit/notch right at the nose bridge tip to make the mask at the nose bridge curve more to the nose.
